Custom Clinics

Our custom clinics are for groups of 5 or more players. There is no limit on how many players can join the group. We require that your custom clinic run for a minimum of 4 weeks. This is a great option for those who are looking for a specific day and time to come to our facility. We will try our best to find something that best fits your schedule!

Individual & Group Lessons

Our private lessons offer your child the extra care and attention needed to improve their skill. If your child is a seasoned player looking for extra practice, or a total novice, private lessons are a great way to gain experience.

If you’re training for a team, or just to gain more skills and experience, we have a coach that can meet your needs. Lessons can be all skills, or tailored more to your needs, such as strictly pitching or hitting sessions.

Our private 1-1 lessons can be booked for 30, 45, or 60 minutes. For younger children (five and under) we recommend starting with 30 minutes. For ages 12 and up, we recommend 60 minute sessions.

Group lessons can be 2-1, 3-1, or 4-1. Anything with 5 or more players is considered a custom clinic.

TPP with Dave Fisher

Our Total Performance Program is our most complete and advanced program that we have to offer. All players will recieve individualized throwing, hitting, and performance (strength, mobility, and speed) programs. In addition, training hours are unlimited 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) during operating hours. Below is a full breakdown of what each player will receive.

-Functional movement screen

-Onbaseu hitting/throwing screen

-Hitting video analysis and data tracking through rapsodo

-Pitching video analysis and data tracking through pitchlogic

-Velocity increase program (includes full arm care routine)

-Functional range and conditioning mobility program

-3-5 day strength and conditioning program (program changes based on in-season/off-season/preseason)
